USPSA at OKCGC May 7th

This will be at the Action Pistol range, yes? I've only been to OKCGC for last month's 3Gun.

The OKCGC picnic is this Saturday, May 7(tomorrow), as well. It will be at the main clubhouse off of Sorghum Mill. I will be helping out with selling club T-Shirts & Hats. They are $14.00 each, & the profit will go the new .22 Training Division Range. So please bring extra $$, and I hope to see everyone out there! :D
I wish I had more info. to post regarding the picnic...maybe someone else does?

I might be flipping, but it won't be burgers! Lol. But I give hugs for free all day. ;)
Careful now....have you met some the fellas on here (Burk)?
Just sayin........
:- :- :-

I ain't skeered! I'm big on hugs! Who can't use a good old fashioned hug every now & then? :)

Is this something I can bring my boys to if they have eyes and ears? They are used to guns and safety and are 8 and 10.

Thanks,

Paul

You can, but they might get pretty bored.

I just realized something...I haven't shot a local match in almost a month. See you guys on the range!!

I think I'll bring them out for the morning only and just watch the match. I had planned to shoot but I agree that's asking a lot of them to hang out for that long. I'll watch this month and plan to shoot at the next one.

Thanks,

Paul

since you are in edmond, you might think about bringing them to the heartland match, it is not in 90 degree temp, half the time and more "down time" so people will talk with them...

You can always shoot a few stages and shoot through on a couple to leave early.

Well, I certainly stunk it up today. I quite possibly shot worse than anytime I ever have in my life. Given that, it was still fun, and after the first three stages I bailed on my sights I was able to get by with point-shooting, thank goodness, except on the steel. I'm going to have my sights zero checked by a gunsmith, but I also stayed up drinking a little bit until 2AM before the match. The Texas stars were neat. Thanks to Dan and JP for selling me enough ammo to finish the last two stages.
