USPSA at OKCGC May 7th

What kind of gun are you shooting? I am sure someone can loan you an extra mag or two if needed.

32 is max for any legal USPSA stage. 4 mags in production is cutting it close but it will work. If you can get 5 it is a lot less exciting when you are staring down a Texas star with 6 rounds left in the gun and none on your belt.

Yeah especially when you have never shot at one before

The high is supposed to be 90...I hope everyone slaps on a little extra deodorant. :o

Don't forget that setup is on Friday. If you can help out it always makes John and Matt's job easier.

Don't forget to bring sunscreen also, I didn't put any on last weekend at the poca city match and my legs got roasted.

I'll be there shooting production, with my glock recrently accuratized by Mike Cyrwus. This will also be my first match with handloads!

If the 5th point of the star is straight up then shoot it first. Next shoot the plate on the top right or left. Next shoot the plate on the opposite side and follow tha star around that direction as the plates come into your sights let them have it.

The fastest way is to go top, top left, top right, bottom left, bottom right. The star never moves.

This is true, but it's a bit easier to shoot the top plate, then down one side, especially if the Texas Star is still new to you.
