Top Shot Season 3

I really enjoyed that last episode. The challenge where both pretty cool. I am still amazed that Mike the GM Lost with a pistol in his hands.

It doesn't really surprise me too much - I've learned that on this show anything can happen! Look at Gary's EPIC fail on the McMillan. You know that man can shoot better than that, he knows he can shoot better than that, but when it falls apart...it ALL falls apart. With Mike it was all methodology, and that got him a long way, but he didn't have that extra little bit of passion/desire to win it inside when that's what would have tipped the scales for him.

You know, I was kind of liking Michael at first just because he stood up to Jake and gave him elephant dung, but OM effing G! :-\ That dude ain't right in the head! You know that comment he made about "seeing Jake come back from the elimination challenge is kind of like seeing your grand mother naked"? I think he was speaking from experience. Google "undress your mother for $5000" and see what you get. Throw Howard Stern into the search string and you'll get there faster. Read the transcript, but not if you have a weak stomach. Warning: NSFW.

To whoever was wondering if Jake was really a SEAL, Google is your friend here too. Jake really was a SEAL. How he got in and through the training, I'll never know. How he got out, is not surprising in the slightest...

If your talking about me, I never doubted he was a SEAL. I was curious for the reason as to why or how he got out, he doesn't seem to be much of a team player and a very bad attitude. I can't wait to see what happens with him in the next episode, what a soap opera it's turned out to be.

I don't know if Jake is really a college football coach of some kind, but the fact that he may be influencing young minds is pretty fing scary.

A couple of days ago, on another forum, I theorized that Mike would be back on the show.
Another of our almost local shooters predicted it as well.

Were starting a fortune telling business;-)

Jake is out. How he left does not even deserve the air time.
Good riddance and not surprising at all. Like I said above, I have no clue how he made it into a SEAL team. Too bad he left the show, I think he would have been in the final shoot off. He has skills for sure.
I'm pulling for Chris or Mike, but I think the young pastor from Tejas is going to end up winning it all.

The last episode looked like some fun shooting. The SV and the bolt gun elimination deal would have been fun. I would be pissed if I was eliminated by a guy that got a free trip to come back on though.

I remember hearing Colby explain the rule on that... if a guy (like Jake) walks away... they bring back the last person eliminated. So yea... the guy comes back on a "pass".... but it looked like he made his bones.

Both the shooters did well... but someone has to lose

It sounded to me like they just made that rule up on the fly.
