Thoughts on Centurion slugs?

What are your thoughts on Centurion 12 gauge slugs? I will be shooting a M1 Benelli. I like the price but want something consistent for 3 gun..... When I can make it out to play. <_<

My shoulder doesn't like 1400 fps. It prefers 1100-1150. Those are cheap though!
