Notice it took multiple shots to take down the zombie. If only the cops had known only head shots are effective. An important comment they made was that attackers can be deadly even without a weapon. Don't hear that in the media too often.

Great, now ALL the criminals will be doing this. It seems to be an effective technique, the article does state that the police backed off when he did it. I'd have waited 30 minutes or so and then tried again. I'm sure he would be much more compliant by then.
