The Nordic .22 upper draws blood!

My wife has to go to work early, so she gets up at 4:30, and lets the dogs out of the pen to do their "duty".
She came back into the bedroom and told me that Gunner, our Brit, was chasing an armadillo around the yard. So, dressed in my tighty whiteys, ran to the safe got out the Nordic, flashlight and went hunting
Finally got Gunner back in the house, and the diller was happy digging another hole in the lawn. Hit him midship and he started flopping around, finally getting on the walk around the pool before finally croaking.
Looks like a crime scene.

After the first shot, he flopped onto the concrete, so was afraid of a ricochet. Just had to let him flop.
It would have been a fun thing to do though
I'm hoping the rain today has washed all the blood off the concrete
