The reason I posted this is because I had a guy post an "I'll take it". I had a gun with ammo as bulk price in the add. After the I'll take it he wants to know how much for just the gun. I decided to go with it then the B.S. started. "Would you take $30 less" After I said no and he agreed to do a FTF he says "How about a $20 break for a college kid". I said either you want it at our agreed upon price or I will relist it. To his credit he did show and paid our agreed price. To me if I say I'll take it that means all negotiations are out the window.
