I come from the great state that John Moses Browning lived. Before kicking me out for my username please know that I do in fact work in a pharmacy. I am currently working on completing my first 1911 build, and hopefully one day will be able to contribute to discussions. I aspire to continue building 1911's as a hobby. If anyone is willing to take me under their wing as to the correct way(s) to build one I would be very appreciative. It's understandably hard to find accurate information on building 1911's, since I imagine the good pistolsmiths want to keep business.
