Taurus TCP

As some of you may remember I used to carry an lcp in my sock as a CCW or a backup gun to the sbs I had under my trench coat. Lol! I sold the little LCP and now my sock falls down because it's elastic is all stretched out from carrying the LCP. So I figure I either need to get another sock gun or new socks. I hate getting new socks! So I was zeroing a few guns at Heartland for lunch today and I saw a little Taurus TCP on the shelf. It was only $269.99! Plus I have $100 worth of Heartland Gift certificates burning a hole in my range bag.

I'm just curious if anybody has shot this gun yet and if they have compared it to the Ruger LCP directly?

So does that mean the the TCP is awesome or sucks?

Hmmm. Sucks??? Just saying. 9mm is cheaper to shoot plus easier to find.

That doesn't answer my question about anyone testing the current TCP.

If you make a 9mm it either won't Fit in your pocket or it will only hold 3 rounds.

Yep. The nines are quite a bit bigger.

I say give the Taurus a shot. The new ones are pretty sweet.

Slide locks back after last round is fired, unlike the LCP.

Interested to see if it would fit in a pocket - its 7+1 capacity also. Get a TCP so I can check it out - then I'll decide b/w that and the ruger

I bet it would fit but it wouldnt be as comfortable and easy to carry as a .380.

I had a TCP for a couple months, and I really liked it. but I traded it for a S&W Bodyguard .380
