Tannerite soon to be illegal?

At the OKCGC IPSC Rifle match, there was a brief discussion about tannerite not being legal in the future.

It's because of Darwin Award winners like this guy that we can't have nice things.

I think they are just making it illegal when it's used in conjunction with a Briggs and Stratton powered lawn mower that generates more than 9.2 HP unless it is self propelled without a seat. The BATF has yet to clarify a lot of the details.

Kind of like when FPS Russia almost killed himself shooting a truck with some tannerite in it. If you watch closely at about the 14 second mark, the door was coming directly towards him, and hit the ground in front of him causing it to deflect around him, barely missing him. He too, was way too close to the explosion.
