I have two of these and only need one. Made by a local fab shop. $80
34" tall, 16" deep, 18-1/2" wide. Sized to fit a USPSA target. Hardware is 1/4-20 bolts. Very nice bearings, adjustable weight position for faster or slower swinging. Bare steel, should definitely be painted. No holes for staking, but I can fix that if you need them.
