The bill S.4069 – A bill to amend the National Firearms Act to provide an exception for stabilizing braces, and for other purposes.

While this effort is something to applaud, the introduction of this bill does point to a larger issue we're dealing with. Regulatory agencies in the United States have been overstepping their bounds for decades and this is just the head of the pimple surfacing. Since this deals specifically with a constitutionally protected right, greater oversight needs to occur. The ATF specifically, along with the NFA, FFA, GCA, etc. all need to be reconsidered under the lens of the Heller decision, and if that occurs truthfully without judicial misconduct, we'd be looking at a very different set of standards to live by.

This house cleaning needs to be done, and hopefully it could get some momentum after the coming mid-terms. As they have no legal basis for their stormtrooper tactics, and have gotten steadily more heavy-handed in their attempts to pass their own ideas as law, I have to wonder why they have never had to face the Supreme Court for their actions. This crap has to stop somewhere. They cant arrest everyone, who would be left for them to dictate to?

View attachment 25491 The ATF, along with the NFA, FFA, GCA, etc.

Political scientists and other analysts regard the left as including anarchists, communists, socialists, democratic socialists, social democrats, left-libertarians, progressives and social liberals. Who are the Squatters in the White House?
