Stripped AR15 uppers and upper build kits - $75

I have 3 of these sets that I picked up from Palmetto State Armory but now I have some bills that are more important. They are all brand new and the build kits are still in the packaging. The uppers are their "blemished" models but I didn't notice any imperfections.
