How long until someone sues for a Civil Rights violation on being denied service in a business because they are carrying a gun?

You don't have a Civil Right guaranteeing your right to be female, black or gay. You do have one saying you can own and carry weapons.

Yes you do have the right carry but you have to find your self a good 'ol freedom loving judge or your screwed, and these days those guys are getting pretty few and far between thus the SAFE act and Connecticut's soon to be full scale confiscation.
