I have a M3000 and the Nordic Components +8 tube. After opening the loading port (with only two idiot marks) I put it back together and was practicing loading and found it won't feed the first shell from the magazine. Went until 8 shells remained.
I don't think the disassembly and reassembly has anything to do with it, but maybe it did. Everything got cleaned pretty well.
I did have the spring at 16 inches out of the tube. Worked down to the 12 inch minimum in the instructions and it still won't feed consistently until I get to 9 shells.
With one shell it still throws it in the magazine pretty hard so I think I can still trim the spring some more.
How much shorter do you all think I should I go? Thanks!
