Steelwater Guns Safes

Has anyone seen one or purchased one yet? I am in the market for one and the price on there 45 gun 2 hour safe is just plane attractive. Compared to the Browning M47 @over $3,200 + shipping I have to really look at their's. Any input would be nice.

Somebody said they're made in China, but the company is SC based, so most of the $$ is staying here if you're feeling protectionist. I guess it would defeat a drill bit made in China, so hope the burglars are shopping at Harbor Freight.

i wanted two long ago, and tried to do a group buy on another forum.

the way the world is now, a chinese safe is better than nothing.
one guy on another forum said one of his friends stole some of his guns that were left out of the safe for home defense.

Was he home at the time? If not, he needs to realize that a gun won't defend his home or itself for that matter when no one is home to operate it. Maybe a dog would be better, but even that might not work with "friends."
