Does that AAC flash hider ping with the .300 Blackout? I know the 3 prong has some ping with 5.56 ammo.

I assume you are going to run this suppressed. If so, have you thought about running the brake mount rather than the flash hider mount because of the SBR? The brake will take the abuse that the short barrel will dish out to the inside of your can, like flame cutting and erosion. It will seriously help prolong the life of the internals especially if you are using an aluminum 9mm can on the .300 subsonics.

It rings like a tuning fork on any action (ie: close the bolt, fire, dropping the hammer on an empty chamber, etc).
Supposedly it goes away once the carbon builds up on it but I hate the ringing. My electronic muffs amply it and it drives me crazy.
I'm getting the 51T brakeout for the 300blk and the 5.56 SBR uppers. It will act as a sacrificial baffle and it doesn't ring.
