Springfield single stack 9mm

I picked this up a couple of days ago. I will turn it into a single stack minor domination tool. I'll post more pics down the road once it is finished and begins to conquer the locals.

I have put a few hundred through it now. Love it. Dawson Precision was kind enough to trade all these sweet upgrades for everything in my wallet. I just need a few more mags they have on back order.

Dawson FO front site. Man I always hate fitting these.
VZ 10-8 grips. Very grippy. Almost painful, I like it.
Flat stainless mainspring housing with Dawson no gap magwell.
Dawson extended mag release with mag button.
6 Dawson 10rnd mags with no gap basepad. 5 on back order.

Turns out this fat whore is 1.2 oz heavy with an empty mag. Time to put her on a diet.

Those vz are what's killing you.

Aluminum guide rod will save you 1.1 oz.

Slim vz grips will also save you an oz from their standard grips.

Thanks Cyprant. I put an aluminum main spring housing in it and it now makes weight. I'll keep the others in mind though.
