I have a very nice (for the most part) 1974 9422. The gun is in amazing condition except for where the original owner put his SSN on it. Before he sold it to me he tried to remove it, and didn't do a very good job. I was always going to fix and and re-blue that portion, but never got around to it. With a little work this could easily be fixed as it is not very deep.
