Anyone have any experience with these? In 45acp, are they a good home defense bullet at 200 gr.?

I'm wondering about Sig ammo too. I've heard good and so-so. Of course the good was from the commercial sponsored TV shows. So I take that with a grain of salt.
I'm interested in the bullet performance for reloading SD rounds. They're available at MidwayUSA. A bit expensive, but I expect that right now in anything that works. Gold Dot bullets are also available.

I'm sold on GD's. But I don't reload.
I may buy some of both. I trust Gold Dots. I wish I could find some HST's.
