For tactical division it says maximum of 9 at the start signal for shotgun capacity. Does this mean you can only have an 8 round tube with no way to get more than 9 rounds in the gun? (8+1) Or can you have as long of a tube as you want and only put 9 in it at the start? Then being allowed to plus up and put more rounds in the tube after the start signal on the clock?

8+1 or 9+0 at start. Tube can be long as you want except at blue ridge. They use 8+1 max.

So you can add more after the buzzer. Correct? That's what I have always done, and someone was trying to tell me you couldn't.

Yes at every match but blue ridge. That's why we all run 12rd tubes.
