As I was laughing at the video, a thought occurred to me: how would the police/courts handle someone drawing and/or firing on the clown? Someone coming at you with a giant hammer or pouring an unknown liquid around my car could certainly give good reason to. According to the story, the guy at the gas station did pull a knife. What if it had been a gun? What if he had fired?
