I just got word from Troy and per city email Moore residents can drive back to their homes as of 3:00 today with proof of residence. Drivers license etc. Troy also said that they are working on the power but I haven't heard for sure if it's back up.

Last report I got from our power crews was they would have one feeder line to the area fixed today, but two more are still to be repaired.
Linemen from other states and communities are flooding into the area to assist with the repairs. Aproximatly 300 linemen and their trucks will be there by tomorrow, with some arriving today/tonight to assist the OG&E crews that have been there a few hours after the tornado passed through.
If I get anymore infomation, I'll pass it along.
