Do it tonight! Do it again tomorrow. Make him regret that comment.....

For those of you in other states, use this link. It uses your zip code to automatically email your local, state, federal legislators as well as Biden and Obama. I've posted it before, its just involves filling in a few boxes, add a comment if you wish and hit send. Its gone viral, and we need it to go further. You can fill it out more than once.

He must want to retire... He will lose if he side with anything president Obama does especially guns in this part of the country people actually vote and stand up for their beliefs

These are the comments that I included with my response:

Your comments that said you might be considering a ban on magazines greater than 10 rounds is disturbing to me.
Law enforcement personell are allowed to have any magazine they can have to protect themselves.

I live in the country. It would take a minimum of 20 minutes for any LEO to reach my location, and I have been a victim of a home burglery.
My wife, and children should have the same defense against an armed assailant as any law enforcement.

Remember What Vice President Joe Biden said, and President Obama also said:
" if it saves the life of one child, its worth it."

My children are worth saving, don't you think?

You are free to copy an paste if you don't know what to put into the comment section.

Another email sent. I have sent one each week with different messages.

I include the words "NO COMPROMISE" in every message title. I will be known as the NO COMPROMISE guy and that's OK with me. :D

Done

Senator Inhofe

I was concerned to hear you thought the magazine restriction of 10 rounds might have merit .

I am a competition shooter . A ban on magazines above 10 rounds would cripple this sport .

This is in addition to self defense . If the police use standard capacity magazines to defend themselves, then that should be what I am able to use to defend myself and my family, as a law abiding citizen, taxpayer, and voter .

I believe a 15 round magazine that comes standard in a pistol is not a high capacity device . A high capacity magazine is a 100 round drum magazine .

Putting restrictions on law abiding citizens such as myself is not the key in controlling violence . Controlling the criminal element is.

I urge you to take these points into consideration in any possible upcoming legislation on the issue .

Thank you

Will Richter

Dear Mr. Richter:

Thank you for contacting me regarding the Second Amendment. As your voice in Washington, D.C., I appreciate hearing from you.

The text of the Constitution clearly confers upon an individual the right to bear arms. Our Founders believed that the people's right to own firearms was an important check on the powers of the government and "necessary to the security of a free State." I couldn't agree more and I stand firm in my support of this right.

The President's recent proposals on dealing with gun violence came in two very distinct parts: 1) executives actions that the President will be implementing unilaterally, and 2) making recommendations to Congress for laws that it should pass. Most of the planned executive orders are changes that are within the President's current powers to implement, namely:

1) Launch a national safe and responsible gun ownership campaign.

2) Provide law enforcement, first responders, and school officials with proper training for active shooter situations.

3) Maximize enforcement efforts to prevent gun violence and prosecute gun crime.

4) Launch a national dialogue led by Secretaries Sebelius and Duncan on mental health.

However, there is at least one order I cannot support. President Obama wants to clarify that Obamacare does not prohibit doctors from asking their patients about guns in their homes. Obamacare, however, states that no patient shall be required to disclose his or her own lawful storage or use of a firearm. This order could create confusion for a patient who believes he must answer his doctor's questions. I will adamantly oppose any executive order that I believe infringes upon duly enacted laws by the Congress or on our constitutional rights.

I also disagree with the President is on his recommendations for laws Congress must pass. We know from experience that an assault weapons ban will have no meaningful effect on gun violence, as many of the changes that are implemented by such a ban are cosmetic in nature. Statistics demonstrate that a ban on particular weapons will not significantly decrease crime. Such a ban will, however, significantly decrease our rights guaranteed by the Constitution.

Thank you again for your correspondence. Please feel free to contact me again in the future.

Sincerely,

James M. Inhofe
United States Senator

I got the same form letter too, and I too commented on his interview where he said 10 round mags had merit:

This just proves it doesnt matter what political party they are from. In the end they are all puppets that speak without really saying much of anything. They skirt the issues (magazine capacity as well as others) Inhofe needs to be removed with a person more in favor of the constitution. Instead of someone that speaks with a forked tongue and tries to appease all of the emotional post menopausal crazies like Feinstein.

With the new legislation introduced today by Dianne Feinstine, we will have to get more to the point in our letters, and be specific about the mag restrictions, and registration.
Don't give up the fight!
