The date of the Carbine Skills class is 7-14-2012.... You will be hard pressed to find a class with an instructor with as many credentials as Larry Brown...

Class has a few slots still open....

Only a small handful of guys in the Carolinas can match Larry Browns credentials as a professional shooter. Get some training from one of the very best.

Student testimonials:

"I've had instruction from Larry Brown, from NC. Larry has spent a number of years working with (as a trainer) Special Ops personnel at Ft. Bragg. He, with a helper, ran a class for about six of us, and over a course of several hours helped us on a path to better skills.

My shooting improved markedly over the next six months. I haven't been shooting regularly over the past couple of years, but will try to refresh my memory and technique with my next range trips. The biggest change I saw was in dealing with recoil and quicker recovering for followup shots.

The thing I found most interesting about these very good shooters and instructors is that they don't have to prove to anyone how good they are; they are able to focus on the egos of their students instead of being crippled by their own. "

"I have met Larry and shot with him a few times. He knows his stuff! His credentials as a trainer @ Bragg, FBI shooting instructor, instructor/contractor at Blackwater, IPSC Grand Master, Olympic team shooter, Firearms OEM R&D engineer, and trainer to Chris Tilley (World Class Shooter) speak highly for his skills as a shooter.

I took a class where he was the instructor to several 747 and Airbus 300 pilots. He "enlightned" me to the iso stance after watching me shoot and my shooting has improved vastly after that class."

"RE: Larry Brown.

He's a great instructor, and really knows how to handle students ?? phenomonal people skills.

He came to one of our IDPA classifier matches (back when we had an active IDPA club in Winston-Salem). It was his first IDPA match, his first IDPA classifier, and he was firing a new, out of the box Glock 19 he had never shot before. (A friend's gun...) He watched the course of fired, and when he actually did the drills, it was like watching a time/motion expert at work. He qualified at the Stock Service Pistol MASTER level without breaking a sweat. Very personable, and would give advice if asked for it.

If more instructors were like him, we'd have a lot more people shooting, and a lot more really good shooters."
