I can't read lawyer-speak. This is mind numbing and I can't quite figure out what they wish to accomplish.

Quick down and dirty. You can't carry in city, county, or state buildings, or parking lots, to include the schools and fair grounds. Gives an exemption for private schools. Lots of legalese in their.

My understanding of the bill is as follows.
1) Words deleted are removed from the old law.
2) Words under lined have been added to the new old
