I saw this last week, and thought it was interesting in that Leatham was the first to openly admit to not needing to use the sights for close shots, and now he's talking trigger jerking.
I found that after I put the Ghost Rocket in and smoothed up the appropriate surfaces in my G17, finding the wall is impossible at speed (so far, I'm no master shooter), so I quit trying at USPSA and just jerked the trigger while maintaining the best sight picture I could manage under the stress. I was able to keep my sight/trigger control consistent and fairly accurate the last two matches, even though I found myself rushing about 20% of my shots, and jerking the trigger on >90% of them. But the trigger jerking seems directly related to tension, which is his sentiment as well.
