S&W M&P Pro

Gents, not sure if I am rehashing some old posts or not, but, just looking for some advice on my M&P. I currently shoot the stock M&P pro model but was wondering if I need to get the entire APEX trigger get or just the competition enhancement kit? It already has the competition trigger from what I understand so is it not necessary to purchase the Apex trigger kit and be stuck with an extra trigger in my safe. I guess my main question is that are the two kits the same, does one just come with the trigger. Any advice is much appreciated.

Treat it just like a non-Pro model when looking at installing Apex components. There is a difference in the Pro sears, but the Apex is different than anything original from S&W.

The Forward set triggers are pretty nice if you are not shooting production.

The trigger in the pro model is not the same as a full trigger kit from Apex. It's worth it to get the full kit with the forward set sear and trigger.

I shoot a 5" mp pro in limited and I have the Apex flat faced trigger with the fss. It's a Huge difference from what comes with it stock. I personally hated the stock trigger. If you don't want to shoot production then it's a worthwhile investment in my opinion.
