I posted some things I should have read again before hitting the send key. I do get pissed when I'm not sure if someone is kidding or not. When I'm kidding, you see one of these beside the post :sarcastichand: Jesse has promised me two lap dances so we're good to go. Shannon has promised to let me RO him all 4 stages tomorrow night. Well.... the first stage anyway, don't ride with him, he get's an early ride home. :rtfm: Seriously, I'm an asshole but normally don't try to offend anyone on purpose. Jesus, I mean Jesse, I'm sorry. :-*

See this is exactly the crap I was talking about. You forget to put your smileys behind your joke and everyone thinks your serious. Then when you are really being an ass you simply put a smiley in there to get away with it. I'm gonna get one of those Walmart antenna balls for my middle finger so everyone just laughs when I flip them off.

Now that I think of it I need to ask Jakes mom to get a smiley tattoo on her lower back so I can think what I do back there is a funny not a naughty.

I need to apologize to Mike I was trying to ruin his thread from the get go. I was being immature. I was also using the nobody knows if I'm serious or joking ambiguity of a forum to mess with Mike. I never meant it to get out of hand which I think it did. Sorry dude!

I look forward to dropping my gun in your squad tomorrow night at least 5-6 times. Of course it will never happen while I'm shooting. I'm just gonna drop it in the back during Jake's good runs so we have to stop everybody and have him reshoot. I think I might bring 2-3 extra guns just to drop them all over the range. Damnit I can't get the smiley things on my iPad. That was a joke everyone.

I'll have no squad tomorrow Jesse so save it for another time. With as many guns as we plan to have shooting, I'm leaning towards not even trying to shoot thru. But....each shooter is limited to 2 guns so you'll have to keep it to that if you want to mess with Jake. :sarcastichand: Besides, we all know Jake never has a good run. Sorry Jake, couldn't resist.

To the point made about Nationals vs local rules. In circles I run with I have been known to advocate having a chrono stage twice a year, one in fall/winter one in spring/ summer.

Not for the sole intention of finding someone intentionally shooting light loads in Major, but because it might be beneficial. I've never been to a big time match and I'd like to have a local chrono under my belt before I do. I'd be a lot more relaxed having faced the "coffin of death" once or twice before hitting a major.

Plus I think some of folks may be using borderline unsafe loads, and a chrono might help them diagnose their load. I've seen your .40cal hulls with the primers oozing out of the pocket.

that's all for me tonight folks, Shannon just told me I get to pick the classifiers for tomorrow, carry on. I'll try to go to the thread with your suggestions for the ones that will fit and haven't' been shot recently. And yes, they will all be one string to keep things moving. Except for Jesse, starting position, bent over grabbing ankles with both hands, Jake immediately behind him with hands on hips, upon start signal...... :rtfm: You take it from here Jake, see most of you guys tomorrow night.

New RO, RO's first 3-gun stage of day, shooter is blazing with open equipment and fast.
When shooter is finished, new RO is so shocked/stunned that he forgets the range commands that gets you to "Range Is Clear".
Now the shooter was the squad mom. I can't mention his name but his initials are Jesse Tischauser.
The RO was me.
I did not RO the rest of the day. No Problem.
Since I may or may not be able to control my excitment, should I say no when asked to RO.
If I should not, what line of words do I use to decline because I can't possibly be keeping things safe?
Or better yet, what rule?
Now this may be a little funny...however I truly fear I will miss something and don't want someone to get hurt because of my inability.

Well...I'd say probably not a good idea to RO if you don't feel you are experienced enough or understand the rules. If you didn't say "if finished, unload and show clear" you guys should still be standing there. :) That's why it's better if as many people get RO certified as possible, so each squad has some who can rotate RO duties around. Sometimes, you just have to use who you've got too.

that happened to me, but it was because Jesse was wearing his new jeans and i couldn't believe how great his butt looked!! what i would do is "shadow" the other RO's and get into the habit and just "mouthing" the commands with them... that way it is second nature to you....

No clarification of 'edge presentation' required.
All Steel must fall to score.
There are 2 kinds of steel, poppers and plates.
If poppers are hit and dont fall, they are subject to the calibration procedures.
If plates are hit and dont fall, it's REF and a mandatory reshoot.
Plates that spin and dont fall are REF and a mandatory reshoot.
When a plate falls off of a TX star, hits a plate below it, knocking it off too...its REF and a mandatory reshoot.
When you get a hanging chad on a TX star, it's REF and a mandatory reshoot.

Lol Got it lol
