ETA: Point out if there is anything missing. We want them to be right the first time. It does look like I need to define start positions though.

I'll print and look through this tomorrow at work. I anticipate needing to know these particular rules so I can figure out how to SKIRT THEM AND GAME THE HELL OUT OF THIS!!! Okay, that's not true. I'm not near the point where I can figure out how to game things just yet. I do like the unlimited shotgun capacity after the start. Is USPSA Tac Optics the same way, or is it no more than 9 at all times?

Several holes were found. They have been fixed. Updated rules below. Only thing missing is the scoring system that will be used. We are still kicking that around.
