April 4th sent my Sr40c in for repair. Slide stop lever broke in half. Got it back today and was pleased to find a free 9 round magazine. Very pleased with there service. Fast and friendly. Just thought I would throw that out there. These days there is not as much care for concerns of the consumers. Good job ruger!

I had a New Vaquero a few years back, which shot about two feet to the right and one foot high. I sent it in and they did a bunch of free action and cylinder work in addition to milling the top strap and front sight to correct POA/POI.

I've had great customer service from just about everybody in the gun/ammo/accessories business. Shame other businesses don't follow their lead.

App 8 yrs ago askedfor and had sent a new rear sight for the MKII - zero cost to me. Very great and friendly service at the time.

Yes sir I feel very good about choosing ruger for my first pistol. Now if I can only learn to hit what I'm aiming at. Lol . Hopefully soon ill be able to get over to Duncan and put some rounds down range.

I'm off next weekend I'm going to try to sneek out there. We have a pretty good indoor range here but nothing like hearing guns crack outside on a sunny day.

I have a membership with them but since I bought it I have only been once. Next time I stop in there ill drop the BS bomb pretty good fellas. I bought there instead of driving to lawton for two reasons I walk in there they answer all questions I had as a first time pistol buyer. I went into a gun shop in lawton the folks in there acted like I was invisible. Second i don't mind paying a little extra to support a local business.

Two great reasons. Sometimes I think when people go into a gunshop and feel like they are invisible, its because the shop has hired people that don't know the product.
I"m not trashing any business, as they have to make decisions to keep themselves in business, but the shops that excell vs stay in business, have knowledgeable staff.

Do they have a website?

I agree completely. I work hard for my money if you want what i worked hard for your going to have to earn it as well. I'm not sure if they do have a website ill have to goggle it .

I don't think they do matches. Not to sure haven't been in there a lot really just got into guns. Hell I have never been to a match I know they have them out at duke. Try to catch one next weekend if it doesn't rain.
