Day 1. Showed up, got signed in, and had a great squad to shoot with.
Ron Strickland was on a shooting vacation flying from Utah to Florida, Mississippi, Arkansas to shoot steel for a once in a lifetime vacation. He is going to finish up his two week vacation tomorrow and return home.

The folks from one of Jesse's sponsors were on the squad, and several others. I'll get a squad pic to post tomorrow. Lots of BoomerShooter Jerseys in the crowd.
Started out warm, and finished up around 2 PM hotter than hell.

Great stages. Lots of shooting. :D

I'll pay you to tell them I'm something I'm not such as a good guy or a role model.

The only pics I got were already posted. Guy from Idaho on my squad won open class, and third in limited. Damm he was fast. Will post scores when they become available.

My first steel match that wasn't a club-level event. Had a lot of fun, met a lot of incredible shooters! One of our squad's shooter came all the way from Massachusettes. The match officials had a few problems with scheduling, but I'm a patient guy. Hey, any even when you finish 2/3rds down the roster and still get to walk the prize table is awesome!
