YOU need to also take into consideration that criminals usually do not abide by laws. Criminals carry firearms into places they're not suppose to be able to legally carry in, regardless of laws. After reading your reasoning for not wanting armed CWP holders to be able to enter establishments that serve alcohol, I'm guessing your getting paid by the "Brady Bunch".

Guns, knives, drunk driving accidents, bar fights... maybe we should ban the drinking instead of everything else that when alcohol is added goes south. It's like they are banning drinking and (fill in the blank). Well, all the (fill in the blank) is perfectly safe until you start drinking. So just ban the drinking - problem solved.

Oh yeah, I forgot about all the revenue the gubmint commands on alcohol tax, DUI penalties, manning the road blocks, etc. One thing we can count on: the gubmint will continue (as long as we allow it) to make laws that are ultimately associated with fines = revenue = repression = power. Repeal all these senseless symptom-but-not-the-cure laws and society will surely reach a happy equilibrium.

S. 1255 is being blocked by Knotts, and will probably not get out of subcommittee...
