Reloading Old, Once Fired Cases

I picked up a "grab bag" of reloading stuff and included were some old, once fired rifle cases. The cases appear to be in good shape and only once fired but they are obviously very old (maybe 10 + years). Anyway, is there any risk to loading old fired brass? Corrosion? Rust? I ask because a few of them have green corrosion spots on them but that seems to be very limited and isolated. What do you all think? Can I just tumble them clean and go on with reloading or do I need to toss them?

Also, along with the old brass were some really old Hornady bullets. They are not corroded or rusted but they are kind of rough looking with lots of tarnish. What about reloading these?

Not a problem on the brass as long as there are no pitts from the corrosion.
Same with the bullets. run the bullets through the same media that you polish the brass, but seperate.
