There are 2 questions I took on the test that said I got it wrong, but I really don't see how.
Help me understand please.

Question 1:
What is the maximum number of rounds a medium course can require for the stage?
I answered 16 stating rule 1.2.1.2

Question 2:
Scoring metal targets may not be painted black, red or green.
I answered false stating rule 4.1.2.2 which says they must be one color, preferably white but did not exclude other colors.

I think you have an old book. This is from the 2014 edition of the rulebook
https://www.uspsa.org/uspsa-rules.php

1.2.1.2 Medium Courses: must not require more than 20 rounds to complete and no more than 3 shooting locations. Course design and construction must not require more than 8 scoring hits from any single location or view, nor allow a competitor to shoot all targets in the course of fire from any single location or view.

4.1.2.2 The entire front of scoring metal targets must be painted a single color, preferably white. Scoring metal targets may not be painted black, red or green.

Question.
Took the RO class in OKC. Passed with flying stars, Mom came down with cancer. The following two years were involved with her, and renewing my cert was the last thing I was thinking of.
It expired. Can I still pay the money and take the renewal test to get my RO certification back?

Dennis, I think you'll have to start new but I'm not sure.
Email Troy & he'll tell you what you have to do.

Yes, but you'll have to take the "long" test instead of the short 20 Q test... Contact Troy and he can send it to you.
this is what I meant. Start over on the test, I guess I should have clarified
