Donald Wayne 'Donnie' Bryant, 56, passed away on September 11, 2012.
Born in Anderson, he was a son of the late James Truman and Evelyn Neely Bryant. Donnie was a 1973 graduate of Palmetto High School, and served in law enforcement for 35 years.
Surviving are four children, Josh Bryant of Simpsonville, Greg Bryant of Clemson, Heidi Bryant of Williamston, and Chris Bryant of Williamston; three grandchildren, Lucas, Keelie, and Matthew; and one brother, Jimmy Bryant of Williamston. Predeceased was a brother, Steve Bryant.
Services will be held at Gray Mortuary, Pelzer on Fri., Sep. 14. Visitation will be from 2 - 4 PM, with the memorial service at 4 PM.

Officer Bryant was a good family friend and a great LEO here in Williamston SC, he will be missed.
