My upper came in today too. But it's one of the upper halves, minus BCG & CH.

PSA has the upper build kit with dust cover, fwd assist, and barrel nut for $25. Link

Nah, shouldn't be a big deal.

The forward assist you can install later no problem. The ejection port dust cover pin I think some barrel nuts / handguards can get in the way.
