I am planning on setting up one of our regular ProAm stages. We will shoot it prior to the steel challenge match (strictly optional with no effect on the steel challenge scores.)
I'm am again thinking of setting up Batter Up!, but I am open to suggestions on other stages. Any questions, just send me a note. 50 rounds should cover it. I'll post the course of fire later this week. It most likely will be the One on One drag race or Batter UP!
If you have not shot ProAm in the past, here is a good chance to try it out. If you have, then you know you don't want to miss this.
After that, we will have our regular monthly steel challenge match.
Steel Challenge this Sunday at Oil Capital.
This will be our 4th Steel Challenge match this month in the Tulsa Area (USSA and OC.)
I need your help setting up. I will be at the range at 7:30.
Signups start at 9:30am, and shooting at 10:00am.
$20 to shoot, $15 for OC members.
6 stages with the following divisions: Center fire pistol iron sights, center fire pistol open, revolver, rimfire pistol iron sights, rimfire pistol optics, rimfire rifle iron sights, rimfire rifle optics. Anybody interested in participating with a 9, 40, or 45 carbine is welcome to do so (no necked cartridges.)
Round count will be around 200.
Also need your help tearing down after the match (please don't put targets on the ground; we take them apart as we load them on to the trailer- much easier than picking them off the ground.)
Please note the speed limit in our club roads. if you can see dust or a rooster-tail behind you, you are going too fast (we will squeeze you in a squad even if you show up late.)
Remember we have plaques for 1st place winners
