Sold/Expired Preparing for the 3 Gun Plunge!

Hey fellas,

As title states, preparing and building guns to dive into the 3 Gun world. Sitting good on pistols and a shotgun, but needing to build my AR.

Here's what I'm needing: Looking for new or lightly used

• JP - 18" Light Contour Barrel
• JP or similar - Lightened BCG
• Carbon Fiber or JP Modular Hand Guard (15")
• Upper Receiver parts kit
• Vortex Razor HD 1x6 - preferably Gen 2
• Nordic tube extension (M2 or M4)

The M2 and M4 are different thread pattern. You will need a Nova tube nut for the M4.

As a guy who used to use his M4, Go the M2 route. The sights don't make for quick targets although it does work wonders for slugs. Also, I found the pistol grip hinders load 2 and quad loading.

10-4. As I continue to research, I am realizing what you are saying. Guess I'm now in the market for an M2 as well. Dang it. Man, this sport is getting expensive quick. And to think Golf was expensive!!! To rationalize, I guess now I don't have to jack up my pig slaying M4 rig now!

Not only is golf expensive, it is a complete and total waste of a perfectly good 3Gun range. Golf should be outlawed. I just don't understand paying $50 to be pissed off for 4 hours. Lol!

The guns are the cheap part of most shooting sports. I can think of some exceptions but most action shooting the guns are cheap in perspective.
