I'll start with .40

180gr Xtreme
6.6gr Blue Dot
COAL 1.135
805-820 fps
147 pf

Flat-ass shooting, shoots great out at 50yds, crashes the steel, unburned powder flies everywhere!
Makes you look like a Jedi at the club match.

2.8gr of clays under a BBI 147 in 9 loaded to 1.17 in the open gun. You can see the bullet flying if you look hard enough.

I know Feegee has a 180gr load using 1.2gr of WST....

I tried a load with BD using 170 gr lead. It was sure soft.

6grains. It barely ejected with a reduced power main spring. Most rounds ended up bouncing off the forehead and landing between my glasses and my eyes. Didn't meet major by a long way, and that brass was hot!

Never used in a match BTW.

I used those things for Steel Challenge for a long time!

124 gr Xtreme, no powder, Rifle primer. It creates disciplined brass, as they land by your feet in a nice pile.
