Does anyone have a line on the department trade-in's? some reason I'd like to find a G17 but would rather not get a new one cause I wanna play with it a touch. I guess all else fails a G22 I could just swap barrel's.

Anyone know a good deal let me know please. Later,

Kirk

Summit just got in some G22s with night sights. They have then listed at 349 (gen 3). Doesn't look like they have any 17s in stock though.

That's why I said call. That site is updated with erratic regularity. By the time trade-in Glocks are listed they are usually all sold.

Well I have these dies thought I'd get a pistol to go along with them. I never got to really play with the G22's I had as they found new homes WAY to fast! this one I'm gonna keep and my buddies can find thier own this time LOL plus I know some girls that want to shoot and I can't have them shooting my 40SW and making you feel inadequate as a man :sarcastichand: Later,

We traded ours in to GT Distributors. I know that one of my friends just bought 8 or so G17's from them for I wanna say $310 per plus tax and shipping.

Good luck finding a 17 trade in. I've run across a lot of 22's not many 17's.

On another note, will GT distributors sell the trade in's to the public? Their website leads me to believe they are LE only for those for some reason.

I didn't see any police trade-ins on their site. I don't really need a G17 but I was looking because, well, I just enjoy buying guns. :) If I were to find a police trade-in G17 for a good price I'd buy one. If somebody finds a good source, share!

I know my buddy will not sell any of them. He prolly lost them in a tragic boating accident.

I would call GT Dist and see if they have any in stock. They may not and I am not sure about selling to the public or not.
