Pistol lower question

I bought a couple of lowers in the PSA group buy. I am thinking of using one of these to build a pistol. When I do my transfer, do I need to have it transfered as a pistol, or does it matter?

its transfered as a receiver.
You, the manufacturer, will decide what it becomes
