You can't just say you came across some pheasant without telling us a story about how you got them.
Was the child prodigy Britt anyway involved in obtaining said pheasant?

I typically breast them, cut in strips and fry in seasoned flour,
or, cut in smaller pieces, and use the pieces to make chicken and noodles. Mix with chicken or use it alone.

You can put the Pheasants into a croc pot, drape bacon over them.
Add 1 can of condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 cup of sour cream if you like that nasty elephant dung
1 cup water
1 small onion, chopped
1 package of dry onion soup mix
1 small can of sliced mushrooms
salt and pepper to taste.
Cook on high for 5-7 hours
low for 8-10

It will be moist and fall apart tender.

Had some pheasant the other day. Wrapped in bacon and lightly salt/pepper. Grilled for a few minutes. Wonderful taste and super easy.

I've got a mixed bag of pheasant, quail, and dove from the last day of the December dove season.
Gunner and I were tired.

Canned hunt up in WI, the club had their own dogs.

I did a canned hunt in Texas on the 27th, and had been wondering what to do with them myself. Thanks for the ideas.
