Outdoor America Closing it's doors

Been to a lot of auctions where guns were sold.
They typically go high.
I guess some folks get caught up in the spirit of bidding, but they will pay new price for a beater gun.

I was debating going but my old man echoed others thoughts from above about the auction company, you won't find many real deals.

Any deals "won" are pretty much negated by the pleasure of doing business with us fees they have.

I will not do business with any auction outfit that charges a "buyers premium".

You want to charge me a fee to do business with you? No Thanks!!
When did the buyer's premium become a thing? Auctions used to be cool and fun, even when you knew they had a helper or two in the mix. Now if you get an ok price, you're nailed for another 10%+. Wish I could do that...
