Optics at walmart different?

So are the Nikons sold at walmart considered seconds or inferior to say one bought from another store? I know often enough for electronics and appliances that it is that way, much like buying a delta faucet from lowes vs lock supply, plastic parts vs metal etc.

I think it would have to have a different Model number, irregular/ Seconds stamp to be non- A grade scope.
Not so much that merchant wouldn't mind taking your money, but the manufacturer would have to repair or replace with A grade.

It maybe best to pm Jesse for his discount code at OP and avoid the walmart parking lot craziness.
 
Walmart seems to have everyone making them their own version of everything so that it's a little cheaper.

As mattmiller said compare the manufacturer part numbers.
