My Kimber Stainless Target II has taken two whitetail does, and a bobcat with 180 grain HP running around 1100 fps built on my reloading bench.
Naysayers kept telling me the .45ACP wasn't enough for deer, while I kept reminding them about a million combat deaths have been by that caliber using FMJ. It was very effective.
