Sun March 11 sign in starts at 5:30. Shooting will begin as soon as we can get set up after the range closes at 6.

This match is designated as this years state single stack match with recognition given to classification winners. All stages will be 8 round friendly. While it is strongly encouraged shooters use a 1911 style pistol in this match, all divisions can shoot it as well. This will be the only H&H match in March. There will be no April match due to Easter Sunday. Match will be 4 stages with round count of 125 or less.

I think it's my charming personality and positive attitude that's caused the increase in attendance.....I'm trying to get Shannon to replicate that but she keeps displaying all this bubbly happy crap.

Approved by the sectional coordinator. Each club was asked to hold a "state match". H&H is Single Stack.

We won't be doing any big equipment checks or chrono. The 10 rd mags will be fine, it won't be any advantage the way the stages will be designed anyway.

I'm sure they will. Just wasn't sure if downloading the mags was legal.
We allow downloading at our club matches. Some get a little sceptical when I pull up to the line with a .22 cal 50 round drum mag loaded with 10 rounds. :D
Forward weight helps with the mz flip.

Gamer....

The rule is an 8 rd mag unless it's a 9mm SS but we are OK with downloading to 8 and not buying new mags just for this match.

Actually, it's 8 rds max in magazines after the start signal to score major. You can run 9 rd mags in .40 and 10mm shooting 210 PF loads, but you'll still score minor. Or load them to 8 rds and score major if your load makes it.

9mm can run 10 rds in the mags and score no greater than minor, no matter what.
