I got through most of them before my head about exploded from excess information.

All I know is that staffers write these bills, Farm boy representative in their first term on the hill, doesn't have a clue how to write these. Maybe in their second term, or so, but I kind of doubt that as well. I was on a PAC at one time, and we met, had dinner with some of the legislators in OKC. I can assure you the ones I met didn't write the laws or proposals that pertained to the pointed questions that I asked them. Most of my questions were about hunting and fishing regs they had sponsored, or proposed. They were mostly clueless, but I did get to experience a whole lot of misdirection.
The one person that was really informed was the Rep from the Enid area. He knew his stuff. He was wheel chair bound. Some of you from that area may know him. Great guy.
