do we actually have any?
I know of a couple, we have a few who will at least attempt to report accurately, and of course those who will spin it to support their antigun agenda. But I don't know everyone so I'm just asking.

Unofficially I've been told some more OK representatives are considering attending.

I announced this at our Gun Club meeting in Ponca on Monday.

Our club is considering waiving the classroom fee for school teachers and administrators in our area if they want in a group class to get their CCL.

Bumping this for a reminder about the event tomorrow. Let's pack the house and send a very loud and clear message that the right of school staff to choose whether to carry or not is inviolate. We also need to show these school staff members that they are supported; they are not alone in this.

See you there at 10.

Not counted yet but looks like we have signed up approximately 150 educators for training!!!
That's awesome! I wish I could've been there.

When you expand to OKC I'll help! As SDA instructor and LEO I strongly believe we need to train educators and allow SDA permits to carry at school!

Confirmation!! It's nice to know that you've equipped someone with the skills to preserve life but when it's a teacher with a classroom full of young people behind her....

This message was forwarded to us yesterday from the folks at USSA:

"Hey JW got a kudos to pass along to you all at USSA. My sis took the teacher training class on feb 5th. today they had a suprise lock down drill...they didn't come over the intercom with all clear...instead owasso pd went room by room quietly to verify they were doing as trained... When they entered her dark room she went into defense mode with her flashlight as trained...she stopped before kicking his ass but she did suprise him and bright him with the flashlight ... End result the trained officer was caught of guard much like a shooter would be... This is something she would have never considered prior to the class but had it been for real I have no doubt it would have saved lives... Right on to y'all for training pass it on please and let them know already that one class has made a difference! via- USSA Member"

Training: It works.
