scores are individual.
The squad is simply the group you will shoot with all day. Each squad will start on a different stage. When all shooters on the squad have shot the current stage, the squad will move to the next stage to shoot.

My comment was me trying to be funny. Which anyone can tell you, usually doesn't work.

Those guys I mentioned are all friends of mine and I have squadded with them many times.
